Milo Bobbitt is a lawyer in Patel Gaines’ Fort Worth office who specializes in complex-commercial litigation and civil appeals. He represents clients from various industries with the same dedication and work ethic that made him a Division-1 college athlete. He has experience in all aspects of litigation, trial, and civil appeals, and often serves as the lead brief writer. He has degrees from Texas A&M University and Texas A&M University School of Law, and he clerked for the Honorable Don R. Willett at the Supreme Court of Texas.

Kendal Carnley is a property tax litigation attorney at Patel Gaines, PLLC. He joined the firm as a law clerk and quickly gained experience in handling various types of cases and properties. He has successfully mediated and settled many disputes, saving millions of dollars for his clients. He has a bachelor’s degree from Texas Wesleyan University and a juris doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law, both with honors.

With a strong background and experience in finances, Taylor Gaines leads our accounting department by producing and maintaining budgets, forecasting, and managing bookkeeping.

With over 30 years of experience in legal industry, Mary oversees the financial operations of the firm, including billing and reporting. She is an invaluable memeber of Patel Gaines with her unmatched attention to detail and extensive admintrative background. Mary ensures compliance with local laws and regulations, and is passionate about helping businesses achieve their financial goals.

Candy collaborates with our property tax team by drafting pleadings, reviewing case responses, and handling administrative responsibilities between clients as well as opposing counsel.

As legal coordinator of our Fort Worth office, Stephanie Sharp handles and assists with all legal and administrative matters in our continuously growing office.

As the Director of Operations, Gabriella oversees the day-to-day operations of the San Antonio office and managers the technology sector for the entire firm. With more than 10 years of experience in the legal industry she is passionate about finding innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of the office. She enjoys collaborating with our talented team of attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Rachel oversees the development and implementation of the firm's marketing strategy, branding, and communications. She is passionate about creating innovative marketing solutions that help Patel Gaines' achieve its goals and enhance its reputation in the legal industry.

Responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of the firm. Lauren prepares invoices, processes payments, reconciles accounts, and generate accounting reports. She is proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software. Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with unparalleled communication skills.

Justin is a business and real estate litigation attorney at Patel Gaines, PLLC. Before clerking and eventually becoming an attorney the firm, Justin clerked at the Texas Public Policy Foundation, Texas Attorney General's Office, Fidelity National Title, and the Bexar County Civil District Court. Justin also enjoys assisting with the Warrior Defense Project pro bono. He has a bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University and a juris doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law.

As the legal coordinator, Jenna is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of our litigation matters. She ensures effective communication and coordination with clients, attorneys, and court personnel. Jenna also manages the filing, scheduling, and reporting of our litigation projects.

As the appeals coordinator for the firm, Andrea is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of the appeals process. The liaison to clients, attorneys, assessors, and court staff to ensure that all deadlines, documents, and procedures are followed. She also maintains accurate records of the status and outcomes of each case.

Maria is not only the first point of contact for clients and visitors. She also provides a warm smile with a friendly and professional demeanor to our incredible staff. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills she enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where she can contribute to the success of the firm and the satisfaction of the clients.
